Technical Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to work with our CS team to provide a supportive Customer Success experience for our Patient and Physiotherapist ecosystem.

Duties will include:
● Learn and understand the Phzio Platform
● Work with the CS team on MSK360 initiatives
● Work with the CS Team to provide a positive experience on the Phzio platform for patients and providers
● Provide support as required
● Schedule and book patients and report appointments to Carriers and Physiotherapist’s
● Conduct Test chats with patients
● Provide prompt turnaround of requests for documentation and status updates.
● Work with Client Success team members on various initiatives
● Other duties as required
Requirements:
● Bilingual – French and English – written and spoken
● Previous experience with phone-based Customer Support
● Solid computer skills – Good understanding of technology, Mac, Windows, IOS, Chrome, and how to navigate these.
● Experience working in a similar Healthcare environment a plus but not mandatory
● Daytime shifts – Monday to Friday 37.5 hr week (We provide support from 8am EST – 6:30pm EST)
